Zoning and Deed Restrictions
The quality and attractive appearance of our neighborhood is protected by both the specific Deed Restrictions that were drawn up by the subdivision's developer, and by the current City of Dallas Residential Zoning Codes that are applicable to all city residential areas.
The VP of Zoning is the PEHA Board member responsible for monitoring neighborhood compliance.
As an aid to our members, some of the more important Deed Restrictions and Zoning Regulations are listed below in a scrollable pane. The list was compiled as a public service to our members and PEHA can take no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
