Why Join? Annual membership dues are only $40 per Household!
You can be proud of the fact that you are taking an active part in maintaining and improving the area in which you live.
You can vote for board nominees, participate on committees or run for office.
Remember PEHA is a not for profit organization, whose officers are all elected volunteers, so all money collected is used to improve the quality of life in the immediate neighborhood

Monitoring the enforcement of City Code and Association Bylaws to maintain the appearance of the area for the benefit of all homeowners and their families.
Publishing and distribution of regular Newsletters to all households in the neighborhood.
The publishing and distribution of a (members only) Street Directory.
The organization of fun, meet your neighbor, social events.
Representing the community at local City Council, Planning and Zoning boards.
Working with local Police on safety related matters, and providing a "Crime Alert" Hot line for residents to call for timely alerts.
Developing and maintaining a Web site to provide online access to information important and useful to our local community
