PEHA volunteers are active in the maintenance and improvement of the common areas in and around the our subdivision. Many trees and other plantings have been made over the years, and many more improvements are planned. PEHA funds the regular mowing, watering and maintenance of these areas. The City of Dallas does not maintain any of these areas. PEHA also encourages individual owners to take pride in their yards, by sponsoring the Yard of the Month award.
